Tap water might be unsafe is a fact that everybody knows now. There have been enough reports in the news regarding health problems due to unsafe drinking water.

Statistics show that close fifty percent of all Americans have suffered from water borne diseases. Naturally, many people are choosing to go with water purifiers to ensure the safety of their water. They want to be assured of their family’s health and there is no better way to do this.

While many are choosing to go with water filters, one should try and choose the filter that is right for them. There are many different technologies in the market. Each has its own advantages and uses.

I began my search for a portable water bottle filter for a number of reasons.

1. I have always been into my health and am very aware of the dangers of drinking regular tap water. The amount of chlorine and contaminants in our water supplies is staggering and scary. I have a water filtration system on my home and only drink, cook and wash with filtered water.

2. I very much dislike buying bottled water. For one thing it is hard to trust that the bottled water we are buying is of any great quality. A Word of Caution…

Other brands I looked at did not offer the same quality of filtration or quality of water bottle. I am very excited to not ever have to worry about getting bottled water again and I would highly recommend this portable water filter.
